4. Payments & Billing

All services are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms outlined in official proposals or invoices. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

Marketing budgets (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are separate from service fees unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, logos, branding, and materials created by Digishot remain the intellectual property of the Company unless transferred in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and content provided to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digishot shall not be held liable for:

  • Search engine algorithm updates affecting rankings.
  • Platform policy changes (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
  • Loss of profits, indirect damages, or business interruptions.
  • Technical downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

While we strive for performance and growth, digital marketing results cannot be guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per the agreement. Upon termination, outstanding dues must be cleared before final deliverables are handed over.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, hosting, analytics, or advertising platforms. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by these third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

Digishot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
